I have endeavoured to bring to life the types of leader we partner with and the types of problems I help them solve without naming the names of individuals or the companies they work for or in any other way compromising the confidentiality that is central to our work as coaches.

What Do I Offer?
Transformation
A 6-9 month coaching journey to build clarity and confidence in the face of a major transition or complex challenges

1 x 90 minute initial “Discovery” session to agree goals and ways of working
10 x 60 minute coaching sessions, taking place every 2-3 weeks
1 x 90 minute program end “Landing” session to map out a self sustaining forward plan for ongoing personal growth
Sessions online, with the option for occasional in person sessions within the UK
£4,000 + VAT (or applicable taxes if outside the UK)
Renovation
A 3-4 month coaching journey to build clarity and confidence, with a clear, pre-identified focus on a single issue or topic
£2,000

1 x 60 minute initial Discovery session to agree goals and ways of working
4 x 60 minute coaching sessions, taking place every 2-3 weeks
1 x 60 minute program end Landing session to map out a self sustaining forward plan for ongoing personal growth;
Sessions online, with the option for occasional in person sessions within the UK
£2,000 + VAT (or applicable taxes if outside the UK).
Acceleration
A 6 week sprint to build productive habits, for leaders who are clear on their goals, but struggle with capacity constraints and competing priorities

1 x 60 minute Kick Off session to explore context, clarify the objective and align diaries
6 x 30 minute weekly Pit Stop sessions to design and launch a 5 day learning plan
6 x 15 minute weekly Accountability sessions to review actions and land learnings

£1,750 + VAT (or applicable taxes if outside the UK)
Please note each coaching relationship I establish is tailored to individual needs - through dialogue with my client, involving sponsors, line managers and people teams in that process as appropriate.
I am able to offer preferential rates to a limited number of clients who are covering their coaching costs out of pocket or working in non-profit organisations.
This is something we can discuss if you are keen to work together and price is an obstacle.
