What Do I Offer?
Every client engagement is unique, tailored to the specific needs of the organisation, their leaders and their context. My work with organisations includes:
Establishing and facilitating regular meet ups of leadership peers - leaders with similar levels of experience who do not directly work together - as a forum for peer support, sharing and building insight into challenges and problem solving.
£6,000 / cohort
Details:
Support refining the participant profile, filtering prospects and onboarding the group.
8-10 leaders/circle
12 sessions, meeting once every 2 weeks for approx. 6 months
Meetings online or in person (any travel expenses incurred will be charged through)
Each session 2 x leaders share a live business challenge as a “hot seat” topic, for which the group share their insight and ideas

Designing and delivering learning and development modules and programs for senior executives, high potentials and future leaders.
