Face Reality
Facilitating an honest conversation in order to explore team strengths and blindspots, review effectiveness and build a true picture of where they are today - both what to celebrate and what needs attention.
Choose What They Are For
Creating a shared vision of success for the team, articulating both what they are working towards (e.g. vision, mission, strategy) and how they will work together (e.g. team rhythms, rituals and ways of working).
Establish Powerful Practices
Putting new ways of doing and being into practice, building new habits, translating intention into sustainable action.
What Do I Offer?
Every client engagement is tailored to the specific needs of the team and their business context, typically in partnership with the CEO and Chief People Officer. Offerings include:
Diagnostics
Using diagnostic tools including the Let’s Go Team Check or Teamstrengths to build insight into individual and team strengths, motivations and development areas.

A 15 minute kick off meeting
Individuals complete a 15 minute survey
A 2 hour debrief meeting to unpack the report and identify key insights and their implications
Time for the team to reflect on those insights and start thinking about ways forward
A second 2 hour planning meeting, 1-2 weeks later, to land a forward plan for team growth
High-Impact Workshops & Offsites
Co-creating the overall agenda and co-facilitating key sessions for a critical in person gathering of the team.

Building insight into individual and team strengths and performance risks
Strengthening one to one relationships of trust between the individuals on the team
A retrospective on team performance and behavior
One to one and/or group feedback sessions
Refreshing the vision & strategy - aligning around what we are working together to achieve and why
Landing the “plan on a page” for the year ahead - including clarifying and aligning around who does what
Reviewing and evolving team collaboration structures and ways of working to increase effectiveness
Ongoing Team Coaching
Partnering with a team for an extended period to drive a sustained improvement in their performance.

Design and co-facilitation of 3 x quarterly 1 day onsites/local offsites
Design and co-facilitation of 1 x annual offsite
Monthly 30 minute accountability check ins
4 x 30 minute 1 to 1 check ins with each member of the team
